This home was originally a single storey fibro cottage and was purchased by the clients with a view to renovating and extending it into a comfortable holiday beach house and B&B (“Brezza Costiera”).
The house plan was designed by Craig White Designs with a purpose to obtain maximum views of the ocean, a new upstairs extension to serve as a home for the clients on the weekends and a fully renovated downstairs section to be used as the B&B.
The staircase was custom built for the upstairs extension using blackbutt treads and a floor to ceiling glass balustrade.
